Biomass Grinding Machine
The hammer mill is fixed with an engine with a power of RP-driven all kinds of different power. Its working principle is: after the raw materials were put into crushing chamber, the high-speed operated hammer sheets will impact the raw materials over and over again, then the raw materials will be crushed into pre-set size step-by-step. The sieve have the following size: 1.5mm, 2mm, 4mm and 6mm. Then the crushed materials will leak out from the sieve. The draught fan will convey the leaked materials into separator centrifuge, finally, the powder will be discharged down. I. Features 1)MFSP Series hammer mill is widely used in crushing all kinds of wood chips, paddy straw, crop stalk, cotton firewood, peanuts shells, cotton seed, etc. 2)The grinding chamber is tear-circle shape, effectively eliminating the circular flow in the grinding process and getting higher capacity; 3)The bottom of grinding chamber is equipped with U-shape double grinding structure, further improving the capacity with evener grinding fineness. 4)Rotor passed accurate dynamic balancing test, resulting in low equipment noise and smooth as well as stable running. 5)One machine for both coarse grinding and fine grinding is realized through adjusting the gap between hammer and screen. 6)New type S shape coupling directly connecting driving results in big offset travel and effectively avoid the heating of bearing. 7)Beater blade edge is vacuum-welded by special alloy steel, resulting in long service life. 8)CE certificated, Siemens motor and SKF bearing. II. Working Principles Via the feeder, materials will be added from the top of the machine and then go into the pulverizing chamber from both left and right sides through the guide plate. Later on, the materials will be grinded with the hammer plates striking and sieve plates friction at fast speed, at last, with the help of centrifugal force and air current, the pulverized materials will be discharged from the foundation through sieve holes. FDSP hammer mill is newly developed machine which is endowed with many advantages compared to other kind of crushers such as simple construction, convenient operation, high efficiency, saving power consumption, and safe condition. It is suitable to crush raw and hard materials with big size such as tree branches, bamboo, wood scrap, wood brick,old cardboard and newspaper, straw, crop stalks and corn cobs and so on. After crushing, raw materials are uniform and with proper moisture content to meet further processing. With capacity 800-1100kg/h, it is can surely meet the production requirement in the farms, middle sized feeding factory or family.
