Livestock Feed Pellet Mill Processing Production Line With 20 Years Skillful Experience
We are manufacturing animal feed production line, poultry feed line, livestock feed plant, chicken feed pellet plant, cattle feed pellet plant, pig feed pellet plant, sheep feed pellet plant etc. ,and our all products have got CE and ISO9001:2000 Certificate. It can produce 1000-3000 tons mash and pellet feed per shift annually; 2.Modular Structure: The plant is compact, occupies less floor space and has low requirement on the mill tower, and needs low investment in civil works. As the material different, the process of wood pellet plant are distinguished. However, the production principles seem similar to each other. Technically, the main process are as follows: 1.Debarking process - Debarker machine wood debarking machineIf you use wood logs, timber or lumber as material for a wood pellet Plant, the first step is to debark logs to facilitate following steps of chipping and pulverization, therefore a wood barking machine is demanded. 2.Crushing process- Wood chipper & wood hammer mill wood hammer mill & wood chipper millThe step is to reduce size of the material from logs to wood chips with the suitable size for pulverization. And the wood hammer mill is applied to crush chips into smaller size of powder as well to achieve a better pelletizing performance and ensure pellet mill will work stably. 3.Drying process-Rotary dryer wood rotary dryerIt is very important for wood pellet production line to use a drying machine to make the moisture content reaches the required standards(12-18%) before pelletizing, and Our rotary dryer is the high efficient drying machine which can realize to reduce the moisture from 50% to 10%. 4.Pelletizing -Wood pellet machine wood pellet millWood pellet mill is the main machine of the whole sawdust pellet plant, It is special designed for compacting of wood, straw, and other biomass sources into pellets. 5.Cooling process - Counterflow cooler biomass coolerAfter pelletizing, the temperature of wood pellets is between 60-80 degrees and the moisture content is close to 15%. For storage purposes, a cooler must beused to reduce their surface temperature and the moisture content, also help screen good and pure pellets. 6.Packaging process--Packing machine wood packing machineAfter cooling process, the wood pellets will not directly enter into the fuel process, avoiding the wood pellet affected with damp, the packing process is very necessary. The packing process is effectively handled by our Semi-Auto Packing Machine.
